A Note From Your Volunteer Coordinator, Ellen Stibler

Free Giveaways .. Interested .. Read on

To all old timers and new members: this is a request to increase member participation with helping at local events. As much as I know you enjoy running and socializing at local meets most weekends during the fall and spring, we need to encourage you all to help out to spread the administrative joy! and build the knowledge base across the membership.

To add a little incentive, we will be holding a drawing that will be held at the AGM early next year for all volunteers for the upcoming Fall Schedule.

There will be two drawings for the Fall Schedule:

  • $100 gift EMS voucher for Course Setters/ Meet Directors
  • $50 gift EMS voucher for all other volunteers ? registrations, start, finish other on the day duties.

So why not volunteer to help course set, meet direct or help on the day with registration, start, finish or control pickup ? Just like the lottery, you can't win unless you are in. Increase your chances of winning by sending an email to the following people and volunteer:

Ellen Stibler - Overall Volunteer coordinator: hvo-volunteers@yahoogroups.com
