Westmoreland Local Meet
Sunday June 5, 2005
It was a beautiful, sunny and very hot day attended by 70 participants (14 of whom also did the sprint course). As this was my first attempt at designing a local meet I have to thank Ellen, Alan, Sandy and Stephen for pulling me up by my socks in the days before the event so that we could bring you e-punching, pre-printed maps and a full selection of courses WYOBGR 'albeit somewhat hilly courses if the comments are to be believed'. You know you haven't quite got everything right when you find yourself out in the woods at 2:30am on the day of the event doing an unplanned night-o event for one!
